Chris Leo

Friends with Jeff since their teen years at Parma Senior High school, Leo serves as Jeff’s right-hand man and the “glue” that holds the brokerage together.  Leo ended up teaching English at their beloved alma mater for seven years, during which he created, managed, and bequeathed a system that produced better thinkers, better communicators, and better citizens.  After leaving the field in 2017 to open his own consulting practice, he eventually teamed up with Jeff in January 2019, which set them on the path toward Hotdoors.  A coveted thought partner and resource to many, Leo served on the Parma High School Alumni Association board of directors for a decade, and he also functions as a managing partner in the real estate firm Breakthrough to Billions (https://www.breakthroughtobillions.com ) and the chairman of the community-focused non-profit organization We Are Parma Proud.
